Disclosure of Integrity Management and Ethical Conduct

Our company has established clear policies on conflict of interest prevention in the “Code of Integrity Management,” “Code of Ethical Conduct,” and “Procedures and Guidelines for Integrity Management.” In addition to proactive monitoring, we have set up a whistleblowing email and hotline on our corporate website, managed by the internal audit department. This provides employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders with a formal channel to report any violations or concerns regarding their rights and interests.

To reinforce a culture of integrity, we actively promote ethical business practices through internal meetings and training sessions, ensuring that all employees fully understand and comply with these guidelines.

Internally, a strict confidentiality mechanism is in place. Case handlers are strictly prohibited from disclosing any case details during or after the investigation. All reports are classified and archived based on their level of confidentiality.

We are also committed to protecting whistleblowers’ identities. Unless explicit consent is obtained, all whistleblower information is kept strictly confidential during case handling to prevent any risk of retaliation or unfair treatment.

Employee Rights and Welfare Initiatives

Our company strictly complies with labor regulations and adheres to international human rights conventions to safeguard employees’ legal rights. We respect internationally recognized fundamental labor rights and strictly prohibit child labor and any form of discrimination against women. Additionally, we ensure the rights of individuals with disabilities, promoting an inclusive and diverse recruitment process that provides equal opportunities for all job seekers.
1. We uphold a strict non-discrimination policy, ensuring that no individual is treated unfairly based on gender, race, socioeconomic status, age, marital or family status, language, religion, political affiliation, nationality, appearance, physical features, or disability.
2. Our employment policies ensure fairness and equity in hiring, compensation, benefits, training, evaluations, and promotions. We also provide effective and accessible grievance mechanisms to prevent and address any violations of employee rights, fostering a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
