Each department communicates with stakeholders via regular business dealings, routine surveys, and interviews. Issues of concern to stakeholders vary depending on the nature of business dealings. The company therefore relies on diversified communication channels to gain a firm grasp of the demands and expectations of stakeholders. Operational management is adjusted based on stakeholder views, and appropriate responses are provided for the main stakeholder concerns.
To ensure that stakeholders can communicate with the Company in a timely and effective manner, and to enhance the supervisory function of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, Handa has worked to continually strengthen its communication channels with stakeholders. It is hoped that through diversified communication channels, we will be better able to receive and respond to stakeholders’ feedback and concerns.
